AKRITAS wood processing industry with dominant presence in the Greek market ,is prepared to meet the prospects of construction revival activity and thus to increasing demand for artificial wood products.
The financial results show a significant improvement, as reflected in the financial statements for the year 2016, by increasing sales achieved and the further containment of operating costs. AKRITAS investing in good company brand name, combined with the excellent quality and products diversification, managed a significant growth in sales, which comes both from Greece and abroad.
Particularly regarding the use of 2016, the turnover amounted to 25.895.841 euros , an increase of 26.65% compared to that of the same period in 2015, which was 20.446.691 euros .The trend continues with the same dynamics in the first months of 2017, where sales show an increase of 27%.
The company with committment to continuous improvement of its performance, completed a significant investment in glue mixers which is expected to accelerate the time of the production process and reduce the glue consumption costs, results will become apparent during the current year of 2017.
It is worth noting that AKRITAS is the only Greek Industry of particleboard production, which this year celebrates 40 years of operation since its foundation.
