{"id":3906,"date":"2018-09-28T15:01:33","date_gmt":"2018-09-28T12:01:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.akritas.gr\/?p=3906"},"modified":"2020-12-17T12:10:19","modified_gmt":"2020-12-17T10:10:19","slug":"announcement-of-financial-stetements-2018-of-akritas-industry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.akritas.gr\/en\/announcement-of-financial-stetements-2018-of-akritas-industry\/","title":{"rendered":"ANNOUNCEMENT OF FINANCIAL STETEMENTS 2018   OF AKRITAS INDUSTRY"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The AKRITAS wood processing industry successfully continues the implementation of its development plan.\u00a0In this context, on 21.09.2018 the restructuring plan of the company\u2019s debt was signed with the banks, which includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The increase of the share capital of the company amounting to \u20ac 19.4 million through the payment of cash and capitalization of debt obligations and the issuance of preference shares without voting rights.<\/li>\n<li>The restructuring of the balance of total lending company with viable terms and long-term repayment plan that will significantly reduce the financial cost.\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0In terms of EBITDA Group level (adjusted for the non-inclusion of extraordinary and non-recurring charges) amounted to \u20ac -150 thousand improved by 40% compared to last year, confirming the gradual return of the only Greek industry of the sector to positive results..\u00a0 At company level, the improvement amounts to over 60%, driven by improved gross margin and the containment of operating costs.
