For the 2nd year, AKRITAS supports education and the new generation of scientists
AKRITAS Wood Industry, within the framework of its Corporate Social Responsibility strategy, continues for the second year the institution of granting scholarships to students of the Polytechnic School of Democritus University of Thrace.
On December 15, at the Polytechnic School in Xanthi, the ceremony of awarding scholarships to 4th and 5th year students with permanent residence in the Regional Unit of Evros was held.
Present at the event were the President of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mr. Papanikolaou, the Deputy President, Mr. Schinas and the President of the Department of Production and Management Engineering, Mr. Gaindatzis.
On behalf of AKRITAS, the CEO of the company, Mr. Konstantopoulos, and the executives, Mr. Dardambounis, Ms. Kairidi and Ms. Tsiorbatzoudi, were present.
